Why do you want to become a Battalion Commander / Vice Commander (150+ Words)?The reason why I want to be vice commander for MD is because I was in the in MD division and the second highest rank in the old server. I think I would be a good fit I would say that I am friendly and relatively liked around the community. I think that I would also fit in because I am friends with the higher ups so I can get stuff done quickly. I know how to train already so there wont be much training for my either . I also would like to become vice commander to try and get the regiment going so that way we have a active player base and we can be used for for roleplay. I also already have the commanders perms to be able to do this anyway he also asked me too if I wanted to tryout and that is why I think I should be vc on the Medical Division.  Do you have previous experience being a commander and in leading? No I dont not but Do you know how to give orders to NCOs and enlisted men? Yes Ive done it as a nco and Ive been commanded as a nco. What do you do if a 2nd LT repeatedly refuses your orders:  I would threaten a demotion or report him to the commander. What do you do if a group of your PVTs is harassing other battalions: I would most likley tell them to stop if they dont threaten to kick out and tell commander. Do you understand that if you are caught minging and or abusing your power you will be removed/demoted instantly: Yes I do understand these terms.[/b][/u]
