Why do you want to become a Battalion Commander / Vice Commander (150+ Words)? [/b] [b]From what I saw from Sapphire, Nova Troopers were bullied and had bad leadership. I want to change that and make Nova Troopers respected. Nova Troopers and honor guards so they guard important people and places, but I want to go more in depth with them. Even though they mainly guard people and places, I want them to also specialize in drill and ceremony, which means Nova Troopers would also do ceremonial duties during certain events so they will do that along with guarding. During important ceremonies I will set up a drill routine for us to celebrate the person's life. I want to be commander mainly because they need to be sorted out and do a job that matters instead of following army HC around. If an important VIP is on or a diplomat or someone who does not have guards with them, we protect them until they leave. They will actually guard areas like the reactor room, bridge, and other key areas around the base or ship. My main point is to make Nova Troopers a good regiment again and also give them more purpose and jobs so they aren’t just forced to follow an army guy around, they would mainly guard key areas or be training in drill and ceremony or marksmanship along other trainings to sharpen their skills.[/b] [b]Do you have previous experience being a commander and in leading? Yes, I am currently enrolled in a leadership class at school and in gmod, I have lead ISB multiple times, was a leader in shock and was a leader in Nova Troopers. Do you know how to give orders to NCOs and enlisted men? Yes, I understand how to delegate orders to NCOs and to enlisted men, you give NCOs the orders and they execute them while leading the enlisted What do you do if a 2nd LT repeatedly refuses your orders: I assume they have done this multiple times before and was warned the first time, so since it happened many times, I would either demote him, give him PT, or put him on a detail that involves tedious tasks. Kicking out of the battalion is a little extreme unless he does something I cant forgive. What do you do if a group of your PVTs is harassing other battalions: I would put the PVT's aside and firmly tell them to stop and there will be consequences if they do not ranging from PT, details, and to being kicked out.
