What battalion are you applying for:
Navy

How long have you been a part of Nova Networks (best estimate):
I was part of the old server was made into a Navy NCO, then all the drama went down...

Why do you want to become a Battalion Commander / Vice Commander (150+ Words)?
I believe I have what it takes to be a vice commander. I have previous experience being Grand Admiral Thrawn in mainly Australian servers. I've also been a commander in multiple servers one being a previous server that was peaking 128 players+ everyday called Ferocity Gaming. I became the SFC Commander [Pilots] and the 2IC to the medic commander. apart from my previous experience I know how to delegate and command subordinates. I also take one extra step for my regiment i.e when I suggested using console RP on the old server to optimize and open up better roleplay experiences. I am mature and hard working, I can control out of character things and then proceed to switch into my roleplay as my character, basically I know when to have fun and when to work hard. I may not be able to be on most of the time in game but I can still lead out of game [due to the time difference]. I will strive to do my best in this regiment. Navy Rp is also one I have an afinity for. I can make up roleplay scenarios that will boost the longevity of events. With all this in mind I am positive that I will be able to make Navy a great and respected regiment.

Do you have previous experience being a commander and in leading?

RN Raptor Networks | ST Commander | Co ownerFG Ferocity Gaming | 2IC medic Trooper, ISC Commander | User Refracted Roleplay | Admiral Yularen | Co owner Society Servers Grand Admiral Thrawn | User Many more positions in my life time of playing gmod 2016-2021 Proof so you know I’m being honest:
Do you know how to give orders to NCOs and enlisted men?
Yes I know how to delegate and order my subordinates to maximize efficiency

What do you do if a 2nd LT repeatedly refuses your orders:
insubordination will not be tolerated. A meeting with the Commanding Officer will be scheduled and that person will either be kicked out or demoted to a NCO so he / she can learn again.

What do you do if a group of your PVTs is harassing other battalions:
Give them a warning, if the warning did not work a strike system of 3 strikes will be implemented, once 2 strikes have been reached mandatory PT will commence and after 3 strikes have been reached you will be kicked out or demoted

Do you understand that if you are caught minging and or abusing your power you will be removed/demoted instantly:
YES I fully understand the consequences

Application accepted.
