Why do you want to become a Battalion Commander / Vice Commander (150+ Words)? Well, the navy is what makes the army move, its responsability is to orientate most of the operations. And that is why it needs a leader that knows how to act the role, I believe most of the people on the server already know my experience with navy.I often see many commanders making highly stupid decisions and get angry at their underlings for disagreeing, that is something I can easily prevent happening in the navy since my charisma usualy makes people support my actions, this is important since a divided regiment leas to infighting and a chain of problems. Also, I have a very good relation with almost everyone who I work with, that leads to a neutrality during internal conflics that is a very valuable asset for a commander. As a final statment, I am the grandest of admirals and if anyone tries to steal my place as navy commander they better be ready for backstabing and dirty tricks. :) Do you have previous experience being a commander and in leading?  Yes Do you know how to give orders to NCOs and enlisted men?
