What battalion are you applying for: Vice Commander for Tanktroopers
How long have you been a part of Nova Networks (best estimate): I've been around since the creation of sapphire and I was with Flight before that on Palm Tree Gaming (PTG).
Why do you want to become a Battalion Commander / Vice Commander (150+ Words)? I would like to be the commander of the Tanktroopers because I believe with my guidance for the Commander and leadership skills, I will lead the Empire to Victory. Additionally, I would like to see a battalion that utilizes tanks as a support battalion for infantry troops, putting the rebel terrorists down with armored fire power sounds exceptional.
Do you have previous experience being a commander and in leading? Yes, in sapphire RP I was the Vice Commander of the 442nd siege battalion. I have also acted as the commander for 212th attack battalion on Ethereal Gaming in 2018.
Do you know how to give orders to NCOs and enlisted men? Yes, I understand it's important to respect your NCOs and give them opportunities to lead. I believe it's important for NCOs to lead enlisted men. A good leader is a good fallower and a good fallower is a good leader.
What do you do if a 2nd LT repeatedly refuses your orders: Depending on the situation, I would firstly remind him that this is a game, me giving orders is for RP and to keep the event or game interesting. Secondly it may be a situation I’m not seeing a certain way so I will explore all sides of the story. Finally, if it is an offence beyond redemption or a issue that keeps occurring I will get Admin & staff involved to help with the final decision.
What do you do if a group of your PVTs is harassing other battalions: I would immediately tell them to cut it out. This is a game first yes, but I expect that the commanding officers, other battalions, and everyone are respected by the men in my battalion. You treat people the way you wish to be treated.
Do you understand that if you are caught minging and or abusing your power you will be removed/demoted instantly: Absolutely, I believe there's a time and place to have fun and act serious. If I do something out of line, I expect fair punishment from top brass.
